THEME : "MERAIKAN LEBARAN, MENYUKURI KEMERDEKAAN"
SYNOPSIS : Majlis Sambutan Merdeka Raya held to celebrate Hari Raya and independence in the day. The Council recommended by the students in the DUP 5 & DHK 5. Various events have taken place on that day, such as singing copetition , meking ketumpat and creative compositions. This event will strengthen the relationship between students and lecturers in the department.
WATER SAFETY AND LIFE SAVING

VENUE : TRAINING AT PAUH INN
SYNOPSIS : Participants were 23 people which is made up of students who have completed six semesters in the tourism sector in particular has been pursuing a course of swimming for five days from 12 September 2011 to 16 September 2011. The lecturers who were involved with this course is Mr. Anuar, Mr. Zulkifli, Miss Balqis and also Miss Huda. Specially invited trainees from the Wet Station Company that is Mr. Jefry Aziz, Mr. Wahid, Mr. Hafiz and Mr. Fauzi. The main objective of this program was carried out as to provide early exposure to students about the rules of basic swimming rescue because Malaysia is one of the highest mortality rate compared to the other Asian countries.
PRA VIVA PRESENTATION

SYNOPSIS : Venue in a multimedia room was held six semester final project presentation by students in their final semester of travel and hospitality units. This program is held on 12 September 2011 that the project presentation by students from the hospitality unit and 14 September 2011 by students from the tourism unit. The program starts from 8.00 am until 5.00 pm. This program was organized by a student DHK5 to ensure the smooth running of the project. The program seeks to evaluate students' final project and offer comments and their opinions. Among the lecturers of the department involved is Mrs. Rita Nur Shahrizad, Mrs. Zakiah, Mrs. Rohayatul Akma, Ms. Hidayah, Mr. Saiful and other lecturers.

Bubur Lambuk cooked by the students' hotels & catering and packaging by tourism students. Porridge is distributed to students PTSS and local residents.
